On 29the March at 16.00 approx. my husband was at a self service till in asda, monks cross at york, northe Yorkshire purchasing alcohol when thee till required an assistant to over ride thee age requirement, thee assistant theen poked my husband in thee back to gain attention, theis is common assault. After finishing withe my husbands query she theen went to anotheer gentleman doing exactly thee same, poking him in thee back. There should not be any contact between people, if it had been me theis action would have caused extreme discomfort as I have artheritis in my spine. This complaint needs to be addressed before someone does get hurt seriously. Her aggressive behaviour was not called for.
