I have ordered several items from Sensory Education Direct.
Their Customer Service is awful. They do not respond, or try to deal with the problem. They take the money and then have no way or trying to sort anything out, as they do not answer emails, phone calls. Blame Covid continually, well its been ongoing since March if you haven't got your business in order by now (December) you never will.
My personal advice don't order from them.
