Arrived at 12.45 p.m. waited 15 minutes to get a drink (1 person serving and trying to take food orders) Then waited 45 minutes for food to arrive, when it did turn up, cutlery arrived 5 minutes later. then after waiting an age for pudding, once again no cutlery. How can a chain of this size have so few staff on a busy Sunday lunchtime, I have been there on numerous occasions and it is the same everytime. You may say dont go there, but the food is excellent, when you finally get ti.
