So today purchased a 'cushion' in your harry Corey store in Kilmarnock I had my friend and small child with me I then found a cushion elsewhere that was suited better my small child was tired and upset after shopping so my friend agreed too return too hurry Corry the cushion I no longer required with my bank card she then appeared at the car too say I had too go in too sign for it which wasn't a problem as it was my card she was using the lady was VERY rude complained I hadn't signed the back of my card it was a new card and I hadn't yet got round too this she gave me 3 pens all of which wouldn't work she huffed and puffed and said I was too sign my name on this piece of paper too me it looked like a envelope so she could 'verify' my signature this is absoloute shocking customer service and confidentiality this piece of paper was then left on the counter for the world too see then I eventually got my receipts and a few snide remarks that on future I was too 'come in MASEL and no send other folk in for me' nice use of English literature as you can tell not once did she smile just tutted at me and seemed I was a bother too her. I use harry corry for all my curtains but have too say neither me nor my friend will be returning too this Kilmarnock store said lady is also ment too be a supervisor I work in retail and I think her attitude would put alot of people off no customer service skills used!
