In Nov an advert for Leanslim popped up while i was online. This interested me as the offer stated that you got both products as a sample package costing £10.95 for shipping only. There was nothing mentioned about subscribing monthly to the product and i certainly wasn't looking for anything long term. When i eventually received the products there was only a receipt included in the packaging but no other paperwork or terms and conditions were supplied. I never thought anything of it because as i thought it was a one-off purchase, however one month later i received a package of Leanslim and another receipt for £10.95. I emailed the company as i was really concerned that they had used my credit card details without my authorisation. I got no response. At the same time i received my credit card statement which had two payments of £57.95 and £37.64 taken off on 9th December. I called customer "care" who were very unsympathetic and "robotic" and just continued to repeat there terms and conditions and would not confirm if they would terminate my subscription. Very worried...
