Ordered a Bike on the Halfords website - asked for and paid for a Saturday Delivery. Everything accepted and agreed. Yet on the Saturday II get no bike, no phone call - nothing. When I call customer service, I am shocked to hear that they do not deliver on a Saturday (YODEL) - yet it allowed me to order and ask for it and no one calls me to tell me.
Still waiting for an update about a new delivery and what they are going to offer in ways of compensation!
