I am disappointed at Air India, a well known airline company to find out that they have changed the booking flights times which we booked well in advanced. The times we have booked was well suited to our needs because we have elderly people travelling with us. I will be frustrated if I do not get an explanation on why the times have changed in such ways. This is my first time with elderly people travelling with Air India. I saw the some bad remarks about the airline but I decided to take a risk. Unfortunately the comments I have read became true and will not be recommending this airline to any other people. I will be waiting for an response.
