Offer advertised mentioned an additional 15p per sterling transferred. The money was however transferred at the going rate during the day and the additional 15 p was camouflaged by saying that the real rate was 15p lower.
Additionally, poor customer service, with no supervisor support during now IST working hours when their target market is NRI's!
