MY MESSAGE TO THE WORLD CITIZENS IN PAIN, SUFFERING, LABOUR WITH DIGNITY, PEACE AND FREEDOM, THE WORLD CHILDREN (FOR THE WORLD CHILDREN CREATIVE AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND); WORLD LEADERS, EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS, COUNCIL OF EUROPE, UNITED KINGDOM AND UNITED KINGDOM COURTS BASED ON CONTINOUS THREAT ON MY LIFE, CHILDREN AND WIFE BASED ON MY CASES STANDING BEFORE THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND UNITED KINGDOM COURTS
INTRODUCTION: This evening (16.11.12) while I was working at ASDA, Colchester, THE SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY spoke to me saying “They have decreed that this night will be your final day on earth. Change your routine. Behold, I am with you forever and ever - Amen”
On 7.11.12 I was returning from work by my usual routine. Trekking via Colchester Castle Park. The SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY spoke to me “Behold they are laying ambush to take your life. Go on and do not be afraid for I will be with you forever and ever - Amen”. Less than 2 yards away were standing two boys. One was dragging the other towards me shouting “shoot him, shoot him, shoot him and dragging him towards me”. I obeyed SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY.
On 14.11.12 I was returning from ASDA work. On approaching my residence at 46a Greenstead Road, Colchester a car raced packed with young men raced towards me. On nearing me, the car slowed down. All of a sudden they were yelling at me “Go away. Go away. Go away”. When I looked towards them they raced very fast towards Hythe Tesco Stores Ltd.
On 12.03.12 I sent my second son to school at St Thomas Mores Colchester. As I was returning from the school run, behold a Royal Mail delivery van with the driver in front of my residence. He was holding a parcel. I asked if I can collect it outside the door. He said I should enter the house to prove I am the right occupant of the residence. When I entered, he handed over a parcel to me. I asked him if I should sign and he said no, thanks. He quickly sped off. When I took a thorough look, the parcel was addressed to a name not resident in the accommodation - Kate Oliver. Then SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY spoke to me “It is a letter bomb. Do not touch it. Send it back to sender, please”. I examined it thoroughly and it was marked with red seals all over the place which is sign of danger and conspicuously marked “Royal Mail tracked”. I wrapped the parcel in refuse sack and sent to the garden. When my wife returned from work I asked her if anybody used our residence for parcel (like her friends or work colleagues). She said no. I asked her if Eugene (my first son) has any school mate called Kate Oliver who may have used our address for letter or parcel. She said she is not aware. My wife quickly added that it may be somebody who was living at our address before and quickly insisted I should open the letter to know the contents. I refused. On second attempt to coarse me to open it, I asked her to open it and she should do it within the garden and never bring it inside the house. At that point she said “I am pressed. Let me use the toilet”. She never came back to the parcel again. I did not want to cause panic in the household by telling her what THE SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY revealed to me. When I was going to ASDA work in the afternoon, my wife was sleeping and I decided to drop the below messages:
1. No one (including Eugene) should touch or open the parcel at the back door or bring it inside the room/house.
2. I have made it water proof
3. If Eugene knows the name “KATE OLIVER” she should come in person with ID to explain the source of address and pick the item.
4. I will destroy the parcel if no one picks it up on or before Wednesday.
5. Any such parcel in future (without advance information) shall be refused on delivery at the door.

When I came back from work in the night the family have all gone to bed. I saw the note I dropped in my desk. During sleep THE SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY spoke to me “Do not destroy the parcel or put it in bin. It will harm you or others. Send it back to sender”. On 13.03.12 I sent my second son to school as usual. When I returned I sent the package as contained in the refuse sack back to Royal Mail Office from where it was delivered at the East Gate. On reaching the counter, I told the staff that the parcel was sent to my residence of occupation for more than 7 years and no one by name KATE OLIVER has ever lived in the residence. She quickly collected it without question and hide behind the draws. On returning home I decided to write a testimony which I will share with others in the future. It reads like this:
HIGH TESTIMONY LETTER
1. Letter bomb sent to kill me and family in UK
2. Sent on Monday (12.03.12) by 9 am under Royal Mail High Tracking and handle with care labels. In the name of Kate Oliver
3. Next page contains the details of how GOD said I should handle the matter
4. Sent back to Royal Mail Office on Tuesday (13.03.12) by 9 am which was accepted at counter by lady personnel without any question (This confirmed the plot to assassinate me by Tesco, Ellison Solicitors and others while our case is pending in court.
5. A man shouted “JESUS” ten times when he saw me walking to work at Cowdray Avenue on date of delivery thinking I was a Ghost
6. Numerous gossips at ASDA, St Thomas Mores and on the streets of Colchester from people confirmed the plot.
I decided not to make it a Police case because as at that date I was yet to file my appeal before the European Court of Human Rights. The Police will confiscate and destroy all the court judgments, orders and my over 4000 pages of evidence to back my racial discrimination and unfair dismissal cases standing before UK courts.
I later complained to Royal Mail and Post Office Ltd on that parcel that was sent to me in March following the loss of recorded signed for letter containing my expression of wish details to Tesco Pension Team; as well as numerous tampering and delays of my letters as sent by UK courts by Royal Mail Ltd. In Royal Mail Postal Review Panel dated 16.08.12 and signed by Joanne Robinson they said “I am also confident that the delivery office has taken this matter seriously in view of the monitor they have put on your mail”
MY MESSAGE TO ALL THE PEOPLE ABOVE
In view of all these threats on my life, wife and children THE SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY who led me safely to my residence this night to drop these messages decreed “Leave you message to the world so that they will know that you are my instrument of change in the entire universe. I will remain with you forever and ever - AMEN.
There are three messages for all the people listed in this message.
1. The entire file containing my personal communications with the Board of Trustees of my proposed foundations especially “The World Citizens in Pain, Suffering, Labour with Dignity, Peace and Freedom and The World Children Creative and Personal Development Fund”; my personal positional papers on world affairs for the foundations; other communications between me, family and well wishers in the world.
2. A file containing “People who changed my life forever”
3. My expression of Will details as future to be dual citizens of United Kingdom and Nigeria.
4. I am adding hereby a cause that SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY said I should address in the cause of this struggle. That is “The World Retail Assistants Encouragement Fund” after my colleagues all over the planet who are taken as good for nothing.
5. All my future life, salary/wages, pension, and anything GOD WILLS TO ME shall be expended on these causes of the world. I do not need money, house, car, clothing, food, and any thing the world worship instead of SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY.
6. THE SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY has told me on two occasions to anoint and bless my second son (Eusebius) who will take up all these works when it will please SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY that I have done enough. He will be supported by his brother (Eugene) and my proposed yet to adopted two daughters (by names - SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY IS THE MORNING STAR AND SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY IS SWEETER THAN HONEY” and my wife (MARIA) as I indicated in my profile in the “Whos Who in The World; Whos Who in Science and Technology, Dictionary of International Biography and Cambridge Blue Book”
CONCLUSION: I am an instrument of SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY. I know this through my constant encounter with HIM since birth. He revealed to me that I will work in super store overseas and be of dual nationality back in 1970. He told me in a dream to look at my left finger and see the two black marks. I looked and saw them. This revelation came to pass when I continued desiring to go and study overseas. My first admission was at University of Pennsylvania back in 1983 to study medicine. This did not materialise due to no fund for school fees and maintenance. The second attempt was at Way College in UK to study marketing. I did not succeed in the British Council Scholarship. That was in 1989. The third attempt was in 2001 at University of Essex. I succeeded in getting funding from Ebonyi State Government, Nigeria for PhD. When I arrived UK, the first place I applied for job was Tesco Stores Ltd in 2002 but did not succeed. I continued trying till I got one in 2004. In 2007 THE SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY spoke to me in a dream “Wake up and apply for your job at Tesco Stores Ltd. They have just advertised it. That was on July. I entered the Tesco Career website and was prompted to register for login details and password. I did that. When I entered the career site, there were over ten thousand vacancies. I asked SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY - Which one daddy? HE told me the one next page - Regional Manager, South East Horsham Based. I applied for it and was prompted “Thank you for applying to Tesco. The recruitment team takes all applications seriously. They will respond in 7 - 14 days. Within that period the recruitment team wrote “The Recruitment Team are reviewing your details and will be in touch shortly on the progress of the application. This never happened until date. I used all diplomacy within and outside Tesco Stores Ltd to get a feedback but failed. I applied for second, and third other advertised management positions at Tesco. On each occasion I was never communicated on outcome of application. I registered for instore management programme called “options programme” and passed through all the trainings and assessments. I scored over 65% in a management assessment trainings conducted by over 5 managers in the region where I am working as general assistant. Yet I was refused management appointment by Tesco. That is when I discovered that something is wrong based on racial discrimination. I hired Ellison Solicitors to write to Tesco on my pending application made in July. This they did and Tesco refused to reply to the solicitors letter. Along the line on my second consultation with the solicitors I discovered that they are now liaising with Tesco to deny me justice. I promptly stopped consulting them. Instead, Tesco staged a mock grievance hearing and concluded that they are not discriminating me. It was when I consulted Her Majesty The Queen on the issue, that the secretary wrote in my second letter to her that it is a matter she cannot handle, referring me to Employment Tribunal. I filed the case with the Tribunal and requested for legal disclosure being my personal employment at Tesco file. This was only released to me by Tesco after lengthy battle. The file is 329 pages containing all the e-mails between staff of Tesco and other letters that proved my racial discrimination, bullying, and hate at work. All the file contents proved me correct in all the evidences I had originally tabled before the Employment Tribunals in the cause of the cases. All these evidences have been presented before the courts in UK and European Court of Human Rights. Yet up till date I have not received justice. Tesco gave me my personal file with them through their solicitors - Hammond LLP. I did not steal them. I have never caused trouble in my life. That is why these messages are important for all the people they are addressed to. If all the people mentioned in this messages fail to take actions to protect me, children and family, SUPREME GOD ALMIGHTY and HISTORY will hold them accountable.

My below pleas for justice have all fallen on deaf ears. Non listed in this message (especially the ECHR AND COE) have cared to reply me. I have copied the principal heads of ECHR and COE, as well as their allies (particularly, the USA) in this matter. Even my country of origin has refused to reply me on this subject matter. I am expecting replies from all the authorities in this message. I will also be expanding the communications to all allies of UK and Europe in the world that cut across America, Asia, Middle East, Africa and the remaining countries of Europe. All the personal assistants to all the authorities in this message have blocked access of these messages to their Excellencies. I am also sending registered and special delivery copies of below messages to all the authorities in this messages as I have done on each occassion I send each e-mail.

Only this week, the leader of Al Qaeda that is supposed to have been deported to Jordan since 2000 was given a Hero's welcome to his 250 million pounds residential palace paid by Government of UK, with over 250 million pounds spent in legal fees in his defence at the ECHR and Courts in UK to avoid deportation to Jordan on the fact that evidence obtained by torture will be used against him in Jordan. But here I am pleading for justice but have got none. I have never committed any crime since I was born. I have never taken any UK, Africa, Nigeria, World Money or resources, nor that of any country or individual in the whole world. I have never taken benefits, legal fees etc. Out of my current income of £700 at ASDA, the court have ordered them to deduct at source £10, 000 arrears of council tax. The same courts in UK have ordered similar deductions from ASDA for my TV licence, water bills, electricity bills, gas bills etc. At the end of the month I struggle to pay my £600 rent with ELMS PRICE MASTON in Colchester - Verify this information from them. I have single handedly paid £600 rent to ELMS PRICE MASTON since the same to other property owners since 2001 that I migrated to UK. Yet I have two children to maintain who have never taken benefits from 2001 till date. We live on less than £1 per day, while the UK is maintaining the second Al Qaeda commander and others with over 50 trillion pounds per day. I am hard working, trustworthy, and loyal, have worked for Tesco on my knees since 2004 stacking their shelves with PhD awarded by UK. I was paid back for hardwork, honesty and trust by discrimination on the basis of colour of my skin, race, and nationality and I have filed over 2000 pages of evidence before the ECHR, UK COURTS, with additional 2000 pages of such evidence ready to be tendered, and the courts (both ECHR and UK COURTS) turned around to intensify the same discrimination on the colour of my skin, race and nationality. I will be a British Nationale by 13.12.12 based on my Highly Skilled Immigration status in the country. How many people who migrated to USA, Asia, Africa or Europe with over four degrees, national and International Recognitions/awards are being discriminated by the Government of such countries. How many Britons, members of EU, USA, Asia, Middle East have my original country (Nigeria) discrimminated against. In Nigeria, Britons are treated like mini-gods, earn the highest salaries/benefits and live and enjoy the best towns. Open the internet and search for Ebonyi State new Federal University at IKWO. This is the state I come from. You will see over 100 white men and women from all over the world working in the university. The same is applicable to Ebonyi State University and other universities and parastatals, companies, banks in Nigeria and Africa. Go and verify all these facts from Nigeria and Africa. Here in UK, Europe and other countries of the world, only cleaning of toilets and streets are what is considered good for black race and Africans. What have we done. What are the crimes that Africa, Africans, and black race have done to the world. How many nuclear warheads have we used in wiping out the human race. Who were enslaved? Is it black Africans or the Whites? Why were we and are we continued to be enslaved in the world. I will post my pet foundations (The World Citizens in Pain, Suffering, Labour with Dignity, Peace and Freedom and The World Children Creative and Personal Development Fund) positional papers on politics, economy, religion, culture, tradition and other topics of how we can heal the world. We must stop hating the moslems. The more we hate moslems the more problems in the world. Moslems, Christains, Sikks, Budhists, Pagans, Scientologists, aetists, those who believe in themselves only have equal rights in the world. Israel must stop wiping palestinians. The Pope must stop protecting his Empire and Kingdom (The Vatican City) and reach out for equality of every human being on earth. Check the colour of White paper. That is real white colour. Therefore the colour we call white is not white. Likewise the colour we call black is not black. Therefore, there is nothing like white man and black man. The colours does'nt match. We are all deceiving ourselves. The World created by God in full glamour and splendour have come to stay forever and ever. Man has also come to inherit the earth forever and ever. Those that are praying for apocalypse are joking. The world will continue to be transformed by God from generation to generation. Again, there is no hell fire. God is not so selfish to put man whom he created in his own image and likeness into hell fire. God loves his body very much. He cannot cast his body into Hell. Before the year 2300 God will reveal himself in an extraordinary way by rescuing the moslems. He will resurrect all the mosles slaughtered all over the world back to earth. He will do the same to christains and other religion faithfuls.By the year 80, 00 he will reveal himself again by wiping out all nuclear weapons, and other weapons of mass destrruction including tornadoes, aircraft carriers and land armies from the face of the earth.
I will continue to seek justice from the ECHR and other courts in the world including that of UK, while praying for God's continued mercies on the world.

All the authorities mentioned in this letter have refused to reply to my messages by e-mail and special delivery. Letters from any part of Europe reaches any part of UK within one week. It is now 8 days from below letter and there have been no reply. Let my take Article 6 (Right to a fair tiral), then Article 14 (Prohibition of Discrimination), then Article 19 to 51 comprising establishment of the court, number of judges, criteria for office, election of judges, terms of office and dismissal, registry and rapporteurs, plenary court, single judge formation, committees, chambers and grand chambers, competence of single judges, competence of committees, decisions by chambers on admissibility and merits, relinquishment of jurisdiction to the grand chamber, powers of grand chambers, jurisdiction of the court, inter-state cases, individual applications, admissibility criteria, third party intervention, striking out applications, examination of cases, friendly settlements, public hearings and access to documents, just satisfaction, judgment of chambers, referral to the grand chamber, final judgments, reasons for judgments and decisions, binding force and execution of judgments, advisory opinions, advisory jurisdiction of the court, reasons for advisory opinions, expenditure of the court, privileges and immunities of judges.
I have studied all of them. On this occassion, the European Court of Human Rights have decided to throw this vital document to the dust bin because of the colour of my skin and my race. I have followed all their cases over the internet ever since I filed me. They communicated cases ranging from right to free life, prohibition of torture for First Class terrorists over the whole planet including those who are ready to bomb the court to various countries of the world protecting all the people that have committed genocide and various crimes of humanity. The Grand Chambers comprising all the nations of the EU take those decisions. Yet, I have a certified case of racism and abuse of powers by all the courts in UK including the SUPREME COURT OF UK standing before the European Court of Human Right and they have refused to reply to my messages by e-mail and post because of the colour of my skin. You are busy protecting terrorists (while I am listed in Whos Who in the World, Whos Who in Science and Engineering, Cambridge Blue Book, Dictionary of International Biography, have PhD, MSc, PGD, HND, OND, GSCE, been consultant to UNDP, have a career spanning from 1963 till date, have been tested by eminent professors all over the world, have never taken public money in the name of corruption, bribery, benefits, legal fees, have never embezzled public or private money, have never committed any crime since I was born etc. You are busy rewarding those that committed crimes, refugees while I am stacking shelves in UK and living on less than £1 per day with my children and the job that TESCO advertised online which I applied on 27.06.07 and they sent a message "Thank you for your application. The recruitment team are looking into your application and they will soon update you on the outcome of your application". This never happened, while I was there stacking the shelves for them on my knees with a PhD awarded by University of Essex, UK from 2004 till 2010 when this case started with the courts in UK and European Court of Human Rights. Her Majesty The Queen, Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Home Secretary Cooper, Prince Charles, Prince Williams, Prince Harry, UN Secretary General Ban-Ki Moon, Nobel Lauret Nelson Mandela and millions of others where all consulted to resolve the discrimination matter internally before they went to court in 2010.
I filed my application with the ECHR on 03.04.12 with two bundles of over 1000 pages containing full evidence of my discrimination in UK and up till date they have refused to copy me their communications with Government of UK, the outcome of such communications, what the court expects me to do next, their final decisions. Yet everyday I open their web pages they are communicating cases to various governments of EU including that of UK including the applications filed by individuals in the same month of April that I filed mine. Why did they refuse to put in the web their communications with UK in my case for the month of April if the ECHR are not discriminating me. Am I Osama Bin Ladin, Gaddafi, Taliban, name them. Am I hurricane, earthquake, superstorm, floods, tsunami, and all other forces that have committed genocide and other crimes against humanity. All these questions need answers. Why have all the authorities mentioned in my letter refused to answer me.

This is to formally inform you that all the e-mail and hard copies of below message which I sent by special delivery and which was received and signed by all the authorities in this message on 29.09.12 were never acknowledged or replied. All the time I sent letters to the European Court of Human Rights on my racism case that has lasted over six years and nobody cares to reply to my letter nor acknowledge receipt. Yet, all the people in this letters are leaders of the world elected by properly constituted democracy and all of them are keeping mute on my case because of the colour of my skin. Everyone involved in this case from toe to top are feigning deaf and dumb. All these people addressed this letter are having permanent seats in the UN, UN Security Council, Council of Europe, European Parliament. All these people are deciding issues all of the world. All these people have their citizens living in all nations of the earth. All these people are spending trillions of dollars per second on racism eradication in the world; yet a case of racism that has lasted for over 6 years as proved in UNITED KINGDOM that pretends to be the mother and father of the world are right here in your nose and all of you have refused to listen to me because of the colour of my skin which Abrahim Lincoln and Nelson Mandela fought and died for. I know you are not going to relpy to my letter. I will continue to remind all of you for purpose of history. I will keep up this reminders by e-mail and by special delivery land letters continously.

On the occasion of the sixth year anniversary of my case (Igboji v UK, Case no 15690/12) without justice, I will be undertaking a one man protest at both Cedex and Brussels (the headquarters of European Court of Human Rights and Council of Europe) by next week. All my letters by special delivery and faxes have never been replied by the European Court of Human Rights. I attached the proof of delivery in my last e-mail to all the authorities above.
I am also sending special delivery hard copies of above message to all the authorities in this mail.
