NON DELIVERY

DO NOT USE ASDA DIRECT OR HOME DELIVERY NETWORK LIMITED (HDNL)!!!

YET AGAIN ASDA DIRECT HAVE NOT DELIVERED. ORDEER DATE 27/11 EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE 01/12

BY HOME DELIVERY NETWORK. PARCEL NOT DELIVERED SO I RANG THEM BACK AFTER NO CONTACT FROM THEM ON THE 8/12/10 AND ARRANGED REDELIVERY FOR THE 13/12 WAITED IN ALL DAY NO DELIVERY. RANG THEM BACK TO BE TOLD THE CANT FIND MY PARCEL AND TO GET BACK ONTO ASDA. RANG ASDA BACK 15/12 TOLD THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE AND RING ME BACK WITHIN THE HOUR, 2 DAYS LATER NO PHONE CALL, RANG THEM BACK TO BE TOLD THEY HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING, SPENT THE NEXT 55 MINUTES ON THE PHONE AT 5PPM WHILST THE CONTACTED HDNL, THEN TOLD THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE A NEW PARCEL BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY, AND THEY REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT. SO THANK YOU ASDA AND HOME DELIVERY NETWORK LIMITED FOR F*****G MY SONS CHRISTMAS UP. TO ALL WHO READ THIS DO NOT USE ASDA DIRECT OR HOME DELIVERY NETWORK THEY ARE USELESS!!!
