I went to Costa cafe with friends for a coffee. The coffees we ordered were iced lattes which tasted terrible so we threw them in the bin after one taste. The staff were rude and couldn't be bothered to make a decent coffee. I don't think they are trained at all. Poor service, poor behaviour for a very expensive iced coffee.
