Unauthorised payment from my account

I have found a charge on my mastercard from AIKETOUZI, I visited one site recently but cancelled the order prior completing, this company have deducted the amount from my card anyway. I do not know how to contact this company as boxsetsforless does not appear to be online any longer. I haven't even recieved any goods. The payment was taken a week after i did not complete my order. I really need help in trying to get my hard earned cash back. Thank you
