A paper advert says ' Digital Tv from 15.50 a month, No Virgin or Bt line required' but when i enquired they said as i was not in the area for their fibre optic cables then i was unable to recieve. Surely this means that their Virgin lines are required, whether it be fibre optic or any other lines. Why can they advertise this when it is obviously not true? I have a transcript of the chat I had with a Virgin agent if needed.
