I place an order last November and i havn't receive my order till now. so whenever i phone they told that there was problem with the courier then in june they put someone else tracking details while checking my order. This one person has the same nick name as me and when i search information this person have already receive her parcel as it was a Salwar whereas i order for 25 items. Next time i call another person took the call to tell me that i have already receive my parcel and i have sign the paper. So i check with the mauritian Courier there was never a parcel with my name and address so please advise what i can do, as it is not a good image for such a big company i have take patience till now but i can't remain quiet as it will be...
