We receive your email, this is in receipt of your email. However, I want to let you know that I have gone through your email and I understood your situiation at the moment so after our telephonic conversation I found it thoughtful to be of help as I do not want you to have any defficulty in receiving your prize. One thing I want to reassure you is that you will get the full value of your prize. I was made to understand that the British Inland Revenue was aware that the winner of the Prize is not a residential citizen of the United Kingdom so that is why you were requested to pay for a Non Residential Tax before you will get your prize.
However, a total of 3000GBP was requested for the Tax fee and has to be paid by the beneficiary of the prize that is why we have contacted you to make the payment so they can remove the hold place on your delivery to enable us complete the delivery without any problem.
Due to your present situation you stated on phone that it will be difficult for you to raise the fee in a short notice so that is why I agree to assist you in making part payment of the fee and then you can make the balance of the fee.
