Wed importd a car from the UK to Walvis Bay Namibia, we used Russells Freight and we paid them upfront. The shipping takes /- 21 days but the ship " apparently had a breakdown" and it ended up being 45 days, and the car arrived 3 weeks ago, now the car cant be released Russells Freight has a problem with their account being paid hence the goods wont be released until they sort out their account. Now the goods are in storage and we are being charged every single day for storage. Russells Freight has no answers for us, the call center simple says its an accounts issue and accounts is not responding and no one is offering to help from Russells Freight. They got their money and they don't care about other people's consignment. They need to be accountable as a business as this is not right. they have just turned a blind eye.
