I have just been overcharged by 10p per litre, the price on the forecourt board was 145.5 and was charged 155.5 by the assistant. When I challenged this he said that's the price and you will have to pay it, I took umbridge to this and the assitant raised his voice and 3 men appeared from around the back looking surly, so I paid up and left. They are just jumping on the bandwagon because of the current panic buying situation. I am disgusted at this as fuel is so expensive anyway. I am complaining to you and to local Trading Standards office. The station was Raynesway in Alvaston, Derby, UK. My e mail address for contact is [email protected]
