I have just read with interest, that other people have experienced the same situation I have found myself in. I ordered and paid for a delivery of cupcakes in January which were not delivered. After sending various emails, I only get the same response - they've been experiencing technical problems and will make me a refund. But still no refund received. I now believe this company to be a sham, so beware.
