This is with reference to my reservation thru' Yatra.com (X84723 / / FIKKWP) : Travelling from IXJ-CCU IT 603 on 16 DEC.I have cancelled this reservation on 26th March. However I haven't got £164 back from the airlines. It's a shame that you have ceased operations to CCU but not refunding money of the customers. Please confirm if you are going to refund it.
