Two orders processed, delivery promise of 7 days. Tried to cancel same day but they refused as claimed shipping processed. Nothing has been received and they have taken nearly £600 from me.
Standard email responses are all they send.
Payment through gbl pay which looked official and safe.
I have no idea how to get MY money back?!
