Medstart Locums LTD
Useing CV info without my permission

I am writing to you in relation with data protection.

I would like to make a complaint from Medstar Locums LTD. They used my CV iformation without my permission. I am not registered in their website. I don't know how they found my CV.

Two days ago I received an e-mail from my colleague. She informed me that Medstar Locums LTD sent her a form and asked her to complete the form and send it back to them.

My colleague is my referee and I was lucky that she contacted me first.

I made an inquiry to Medstar Locums LTD. Today I received the answer that they copied my CV from the CV library website.

When I checked my CV in the site I found out that my colleagues name and her e-mail don't exist on my CV.

I also checked whether Medstar Locum LTD has a website. The page showed "site is under construction".

I would be very grateful if you could give me advice on what to do and if possible to refer me to the relevant person or authority who can take further action.

I keep their e-mails as a proof.
