Four of us booked tickets with Kingfisher Airlines - Heathrow - Mumbai - Bangkok return and were due to fly out on 1 April. On trying to book in at Heathrow we were told that the route and flight had been cancelled. Since then we have been trying to obtain a refund and compensation under EU legislation from Kingfisher but they have not responded in any useful way. So Kingfisher Airlines have over £2000 of our money and we have had no holiday. An appalling way to treat your customers. Do not use Kingfisher Airlines.
