Ordered teppinyaki steak with fried rice along with 3 other meals for my family 2 meals came out together but we had to wait nearly 10 minutes before the other 2 meals turned up but had started to eat my trpinyaki steak straight away but found to be extremely cold and had to wait until the other meals turned up to be able to complain,
Which I did and due to the time it took for the other meals to arrive I asked for it not to be replace as we had to go, but after another 5 minutes the waiter returned with the same plate of food, which had been put in the microwave to reheat it which I am not happy about as the the steak I had on the plate was cooked med -rare and the rice would have been reheated once already. I sent this back again, then when the manager came over he had been told by the kitchen manager that the food was hot when leaving the kitchen which it quite clearly hadn't been, so they then sent the lichen manager out to sort the issue out but he clearly had no idea about food rehearing temperatures or if the chefs had a probe in order to check if the food was hot enough
