I went to the Bognor Regis KFC with my daughter in law and three grandchildren today (30th august) as a treat. When we entered the premises, we found all the empty tables covered in food and rubbish and we had to clear a table ourselves using wet wipes. Only one young man was trying to serve and dish up all by himself.By this time 6 people were behind us and no one serving 2 people walked out. In the back ground who looked to be a manager was just pottering about not even attempting to help. Fair dues to the young man, who was working very hard. But thumbs down to the manager. A lady finally came out to help, but was more interested in looking after he own children who were running around causing a problem. Is there a policy about having your own children on work premises whilst on their shift? As a local I find this unacceptable and wonder what impression they are giving to tourists.
