I bought a bicycle frame from a very large shop in the UK on Monday 14 October 2013 and DHL was the courier, destination was Cape Town. I was assigned a Waybill number.
The parcel left London Heathrow on Wedenesday 16 October and went to LEIPZIG - GERMANY. From LEIPZIG - GERMANY it went to BRUSSELS - BELGIUM. From BRUSSELS - BELGIUM it went back to London Heathrow.
It is supposed to have Departed London Heathrow on Saturday 19 October heading for Cape Town. Currently it has not arrived anywhere. The DHL website just reads dispatched. This was at 1am Saturday.
I opened a complaint on Friday 18 October and DHL is VERY VERY VERY unhelpful. They said that they would trace it but they did not trace it. Monday 21 October they still do not know where the parcel is.
I have opened a second complaint and received no reply. I was given a number of the tracing department to call 011 9213600 I am told that this number is not in service.
The call center agents are not helping. DHL is quiet!! I fear I have lost my parcel and there is nothing I can do about it!
The DHL agent mentioned that my parcel might be heading to another country.
DHL is the WORST COURIER ON EARTH!!!
