I was a few minutes late for my appointment and the nurse refused to see me. I explained I have an infection in my leg so it took a little longer than I thought to get there but she just said no I'll have to go to a&e. Why when I'm already there and the appointment clearly hasn't been filled by anyone. Just don't want to do what they get paid for.
