Dear Sir or Madam,
With reference to the above, this is to inform you that I am a regular customer of kfc feltham london, and whenever the manager is near the tills he never serves me, but keeps on screaming the cashiers names to come and serve me, and the poor cashiers has to leave the cleaning job in the restaurant and rush to serve me at the managers orders. So what type of Manager is he? and why cant he not serve me in the short absence of his cashiers.
The only thing I see him doing is packing fries and shouting at his staff by saying QUICK QUICK when he himself is so SLOW and keeps on talking behind the display instead of serving customers. Its high time that kfc hires managers who can serve the customers and not a dumb manager like feltham.
