Please please do not use this company! Moving Internationally is a huge step for any family and this operation does not provide an adequate service at all.

My family of 3 was moving from Bristol UK to Austin TX and needed our belongings without furniture moved over. The first complaint I have after I selected them and paid the deposit, was there was NO COMMUNICATION. No one sent me the proper paperwork or a decent welcome package. It was called and asked where were my insurance forms, and I replied that no one had sent them to me. Having never done this before I was unaware of the detailed line item insurance forms that needed to be filled out. Once I received them and filled them out, the company called me and informed me that my insured amounts were too low, i.e. they wanted me to pay more money on my deposit! Which I did. Then I called to set my pick up date and confirm how long it would take for us to get our stuff. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks, and this was also confirmed when we paid after Dorree Bonner had all our stiff. I asked repeatedly what paperwork they needed from us to send our stuff. I was told twice on the phone that a copy of my US passport and my husband's USA green card was all they needed, as well as the form that listed our address in the USA. I asked - are you sure?? It sounded to me as if that was not enough. But I assumed that the detailed insurance formed I filled out were enough for the shipping manifest. I was wrong.

We had our stuff packed and loaded in the truck 2 weeks prior to our departure and Doree Bonner was well aware of this. They had our things for two weeks whilst we were still in the country. I communicated with them over the final price on 2 occasions and I asked - once again- if all the paperwork was in order. They were paid in full and then I heard nothing.

We were here in the USA for 6 weeks and I got in touch to see when the ship would be entering the US. My husband's work kit was on the ship and he was starting his new job in 2 weeks. Well, low and behold, my stuff was STILL IN THE UK. Because, Dorree Bonner failed to inform me and have me fill out the US customs forms necessary to ship our stuff! I was never given the paperwork, or the power of attorney, both of which needed ORIGINAL SIGNATURES. When I was informed of this - Dorree Bonner called it an 'oversight' and told me to overnight it to them after I filled it out. I asked for their international FedEX or UPS account number - but they did not offer to pay for the international rates to send the documents (it turned out to be $55.00).

I cannot tell you how upset and how OUT OF POCKET my family is due to this 'oversight' Dorree Bonner just wants your money. They offer no help or information and cannot get their paperwork to their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
