I signed up for the 14 day free trial for the Pro action Acai and Hoodia diet pills on the 29th of July. I did not see any difference and seeing it was £75 to stick with the product I decided to call up and cancel on the 9th of August (still within the 14day period as stated in the terms n conditions). I recieved a returns number which i displayed on the packet I returned with the product. I then recieved an email on the 16th informing me they had recieved the product back (within the 21days stated in terms and conditions). Yet on the 16th the also took another £75 out of my account. They are now unwilling to pay me back my £75, so this is basically theft as the terms and conditions were followed.
