My wife placed an on-line order from South Africa with Fruit Galore on the 4th of March for a next day delivery of a gift basket to Andover. The occasion was her son's 40th birthday on the 5th.
The basket was not delivered on the 5th.
She phoned Fruit Galore on the 5th, has sent several emails requesting follow-up and an explanation as to the non-delivery. Apart from a form-letter response, there has been no contact with her by Fruit Galore.
It is now the 6th of March, 4.40pm UK time and the basket has not been delivered.
Is it a case of out-of-sight out-of-mind?
