Usy Fri night, drive through very busy, rest very busy, 2 serving on counter, i was 5Th in the queue when i eventually got to the front of the queue, the girl serving picked up a cloth and started clearing tables in rest... there was 10 people waiting behind me, behind the food counter there were 2 people, one of these was frying chips and the other putting the chips ion bags and piling them up under the heat lamps... only one person serving customers so how he was suppose to use all those chips i don't know. the organisation was a disgrace, it was a busy Fri night, there were 4 tills available only 1 being used... no sign of any management to help out... it was a farce. KFC should take a look at MacDonald's and how they organise their restaurants and on a final note... your new chips are awful... they are OK if you manage to get them freshly cooked but when they have been held under the heat lamps they are awful`
