POOR SERVICE

Ordered Voucher from Living Social on 22 May at 21.00 hours at a cost of £33 for the Wilmslow Tavern, Cheshire. Voucher details received via email at 7.00 hours on 23 May. I cancelled it at 09.48 hours on 23 May. Despite sending 10 emails, I only received a reply on 25 May with a case number 04607817 and despite further email requests, they have ignored these and I am still awaiting a refund. I have had problems with this company before and will not be using them again. Please can you help.
