to whom it may concern i am making a complaint about the chicken i got on 28th june at 7.45pm when i got home my chicken was over cooked it had been sitting under the hotplate for too long as it was very hard i have a big family and i always order from my local KFC this has happened to me many times before at times i had to take it back either to get a refund or get it exchanged but most of the times i got a refund i know that KFC is very famous and i have been eating myself for almost 25years since i was a child but i really think you should look into this branch as it is failing to produce the KFC quality chicken there is always foreign staff working there, personally i have nothing against any of your staff but i feel that they are not working properly because the are serving overcooked chicken that is sitting there for so long, if this place is serving poor quality chicken then i will seek another KFC branch and i'm afraid to say that you will loose a lot of buissnes, i think that i have a right to inform you of this as i am big customer of KFC

sorry i have no photos as i could not be bothered to go all the way back, so i chucked the KFC bucket in the bin.
