I have noticed that norton has deducted £64.99 from my credit account without my authorisation with description - norton annual renewal 276165600 dated 17 aug from my HSBC credit account. please could you return my moniy back into my account as i did not renew any of such product. Also could you cancel all my account details with you- as i did not know how you got my account details.
