I purchased a norton antivirus package for my lap top last year and handed over my credit card details as a one of payment for a years cover or so I thought this was in Febuary. 2011
After the new years festivaties I checked my emails and found that norton had sent me an Email stating they had already taken the money for another years cover. I was not happy as i was hopeing to shop around for the best deal.as I only use the internet for social use
I tried several times to contact Norton with no Success! I have had to get a new credit card authorized so that they do not take further money.
