Yesterday I purchased Norton 360 version 3.0 on a 2-year deal and downloaded it apparently successfully on to Computer A but found it disabled the connection to Computer B which shares files, printer and internet access hosted on Computer A. I attempted to download a second copy of Norton 360 for Computer B but could not direct it there so placed it in a separate directory on Computer A until I could restore the connection. The second copy apparently detected and removed the first copy and then invited me to close down and reboot. Computer A would not close down until I turned the power off. When I rebooted, Norton asked me to insert a CD but nothing followed that except a cancel option. Your tech support does not work. The phone link will not accept a UK number to connect and the norton.com/connectme link reaches a dead end after asking identity details.
