Contacted Norton because Personal Antivirus had penetrated my computer and was showing pop-ups to warn of Trojan Win 32 and Trojan fake alerts. The agent at Norton told me to call www.norton.com/connection and quote code 222377. That web site just opens to your complaints page so what do I do now?
