PLEASE STOP / CANCEL ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM THIS COMPANY AND ALL AFFILIATES.
On November 29 / 09 at 20:40 i ordered the 15 day free trial of the Acai berry detox, was then offered the Life cleanse for the same free trial period. I did not receive these trials prior to the 15 day free trial ending period. I contacted the company on the international telephone contact number on December 11 at 15: 51 and cancelled life cleanse. On December 11 at 15:53 i cancelled the Acai berry detox. Both were completed by the automated services. This would be prior to the 15 day trial end date. When i received my credit card statement there were charges for both products on december 24. In January i contacted the toll free number in USA/Canada 888 338 9943 and confirmed these products were both cancelled. I recived my next statement on feb 13 and now there is a charge with a different company name. for the same amounts. I again contacted the International number and talked directly to a rep and was assured the products were cancelled. Received emails confirming same. On February 15 i recived an email stated i did not cancel my subscription. And cancellation would not go into effect until february 13. I contacted my credit card company. They gave me this email stated i needed to request all subscriptons with this company and its affiliates be stopped/ cancelled.
