After placing an order for a cleaning solution, I was contacted to advise me that it was deleted from stock, I was offered a replacement but I refused politely and asked for a refund. This is when they have refused to answer my emails, phone calls etc. NEVER NEVER TRUST them to refund you just won't get anywhere. I have emailed them over 100 times now and still not even a reply
