Selling out of stock items

I placed my first order with Eaglemoss for the Batman collection back in February, they took? 2.99 on the 14/02 and a further? 15.98 on the 22/02 and then? 19.98 every month after. Issue One arrived within 2/3 weeks of my first payment but I never received issues 2, 3, 4 or 5 then issues 6 to 15 arrived regularly after. I had sent them numerous emails asking where issues 2 to 5 were and every time I got the reply "Unfortunately due to an overwhelming demand we are still out of stock on certain issues and gifts. " So after 4 months I got advise to write them an offical letter stating that Under the Sale of Goods Act 1978 they were required to deliver each issue within a reasonable time etc. to which I got an email from their customer service team telling me to send all issues back to their freepost address and I would get a full refund, which I did. Now they are telling me I will only get a refund for issues 2 to 5 and not for the other issues I sent back. What are my rights??? Eaglemoss are a bunch of cowboys!
