A whole Customer Satisfaction Specialist for Xlibris, Jillian Ortiz is contend to publish a poorly edited document despite the concern raised. I am only a writer who submitted a manuscript. Xlibris Publishing failed to give the manuscipt a second round of editing which is in the agreement and produced an extremely poorly edited document. They have gone ahead publishing despite that I drew their attention to a long list of errors that distort the meaning. I have paid about R20 000, they refuse to clean up the mess despite that I have taken the effort to clean up or refund.
