I ordered the product on the 16/02 but when i got my confirmaburn.comtion e-mail i had been charged $24.95 instead of $4.95, so i contacted Mastercard to see if i could stop the transaction which they told me i couldn't, they advised me to contact the company to cancel which i did by e-mail to [email protected]
Please can you exsplain why i am being charged $24.99 for the free trial when you website is showing $5.95 if the charge is $24.99 can you please cancell my free trial. I have spoken to Halifax Mastercard and they have said if i cant resolve this with you they will.
