ON THE 17TH OF DEC I ORDER AND CONSOLE OFF GAME FOR X-MAS . I CHECK THE SENT TO JERSEY AND THE SITE SAID THE DID . IT SAID 2-3 DAY DELIVERY SO I ORDER IT . AFTER A WEEK OFF NOT DELIVERY I CONTACT THEM AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BEING SENT BACK TO THEM, WHEN I ASK WHY THE DIDNT KNOW, SO I SEARCH THERE SITE FOR THE COURIER THEY USED IT WAS DPD . I CONTACTED THEM TO BE TOLD IT WAS BEING SENT BACK BECAUSE THE SENDING COMPANY (GAME) DIDNT PUT A BILLING ADDRESS OF WHO WAS PAYING FOR IT TO BE SENT . I THEN CONTACTED GAME AND TOLD THEM THIS, I ASK TO BE CONTACT BY A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE AT SOME TIME IN THE DAYS BUT NO CALL CAME. I THEN TRIED CONTACTING THEM AGAIN BUT NOT REPLY . SO ON 26TH I TRIED AGAIN WAS TOLD GAME CANT SEND THINGS OF THAT SIZE TO JERSEY AND WAS CUT OFF IN THE CHAT ROOM . TRY TO CONNECT BUT WAS PLACED IN A QUE OF 30ISH PEOPLE . AND DIDNT HAVE THE TIME TO WAIT AND HOUR OR MORE AGAIN . I THEN TRIED ON 27TH AND WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN PUT FORWARDS FOR A REFUND BUT WOULD TAKE 5-10 DAYS . NOW SEEING AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY XBOX DUE TO MISTAKES ON GAMES PART IT IS BASICALLY ******* THEY TAKE MY MONEY BUT GIVE ME NOTHING .
