My Cake Decorating - Useless Service

I subscribed to the My Cake Decorating magazine after I purchased my first 2 issues at my local store. I loved it and was so scared to miss out that I subscribed immediately. I was promised free gifts and no payment until goods received. I subscribed on the 6th of October and to date have not received 1 copy of the magazine or seen any of the free gift promises. However my account was debited with the charges for the books R79.90 per issue and when I had my bank reverse it, received text messages to inform me that I am in breach of my agreement. I phoned them and they then advised it was sent and delivered, but on further investigation noted that they put in the incorrect address from my application. They were sending the items to Strubenvalley instead of Strubenvale. It was corrected and was promised that they will immediately send out my new shipment of items... this was the 19th of October and still nothing. I have sent numerous emails to [Email Removed] and received replies from Vincent Govender with more promises of 7 - 14 working days... and yet 2 months down the line still no luck.
