Here is the e-mail I sent to the on-line casino using KNOWN RTG crooked software and has bilked me out of $8000 can you help me go after this casino who's true Owners remain anonymous, I wonder why! I complained about yet another RTG software casino operated Shark casino, also cheating players from the U.S. Why aren't you doing anything to these fraudulent sites! What kind of commission are you! The gaming commission's here in the states would NOT tolerate this, why should you.

You think you can GRANT me one last "favor", if you will, before I leave the site for a while? Please grant me a Large comp with "NO Restrictions" on cashout! This is UNFAIR and should ILLEGAL and I believe contributed to my cumulative losses of $8000! I was thinking about it carefully and decided for ALL the dropped connections I had to deal with and wait 10 minutes each time to sign back in, you should give me this comp as a courtesy for putting up with this aggravation on top of losing, losing, and losing!!

It's NOT much when you look at the big picture" as you say. I have really become to like you in a weird sort of way (and your the guy taking my money, I think) and "most" of the club world staff. I ask you this because it's NOT fair that there are "YET again" two "Random Jackpots" that I sweated over and played for several days and wagered MORE than I ever wagered since I've played at the site only leaving my PC to either eat or sleep, as you can clearly deduce from my play history and the larger and continuous deposits I made, yet I can't continue to try and HIT ONE, since you literally cleaned me out and in all honesty put me at odds with my wife.

Yes., I am not going to BullSh** you, Of Course, I would like to win some if not all my money back. This is a normal and a basic instinct in life, in addition to being healthy and having a decent wife and kid. Money HELPS and you know this but you are the ONLY one's cleaning up.

Lastly don't be angry at me for writing to Club World in the U.K. and CasinoMeister today to give my opinion of Club World, again no offense to you, I am only going to say what I FEEL and speak my mind today to your headquarters in England via regular mail hoping to get through to who YOU have to answer to Michael! I will also give my feedback CasinoMeister as well and possibly a watchdog site called ukconsumercomplaints.com. I have the right to speak my mind about why I believe I MOSTLY (99%) lost at your site, it's no reflection on you"personally" but it's what I believe played a part in my huge debt of nearly $8000!

Of course, I will say the good things too and how I was treated for the most part and how you made concessions for me "occasionally". with the WR but NEVER the 10X max cashout from any comp or bonuses you OR your staff give! This kills the player right from the start. I have to do this and this time it's no bluff Michael because as many times as I told you this when I played at 49er Casino or Inetbet, I never lost this continuously and I hit at least 4 random jackpots within a few months @ these sites. This is why I have to complain or better yet "disclose" my losses at Club World in all fairness to "other" players and hopefully, the people YOU personally work for that want to remain anonymous. (the true owners on paper).

I try to get over the losses but they are really killing me inside and anger me because there should be NO difference in Club World's RTG software than the other 2 sites I just mention, where I no longer play for depositing problems. And the continuous pop up menus that I believe interfere with the game outcome despite what you say "since" I have to sign in again if they too cause a disconnect from your server.

You assured players that you replaced equipment and servers, routers, networking devices, yet you still have problems that occurred "again" the day I made a big deposit and had a $2800 balance. I have every right to be suspicious and have tolerated ALL of the bugs and the disappointments with the site's policies when it comes to cashout.

You can take ALL of OUR money, we can't or don't put restrictions on how MUCH you can take from us, when depositing YET you can place restrictions on me. That's a NO NO. Totally unethical business practice that is why I am compelled to write your head office and share my experience with other players, I have that 1st amendment RIGHT! My bank account nearly wiped out from you until I get my next paycheck.

I have to be heard about how possibly could spend $8000 (almost) and NOT ever have hit a Random Jackpot when I play the same game 99% of the time, then oddly enough when I return the next morning to play again the Jackpot "apparently" was hit. This I find to be very strange as this happened to me TWICE at your site. Coincidence, I don't think so, although that's what you will say. Just like you tell me I am getting back 95% of my money. Bullsh**, how can you say that too, when you have ALL my money to date!! Something's wrong Michael, and honestly I won't and CANNOT sit back and take that $8000 loss based on the above issues surrounding my losses @ Club World. I don't know what else to say.

Going back when I cashed out $ only a quarter of my losses, you should have NOT made it accessible to replay with from the cashier's menu this is wrong because the average gambler would be tempted as I told you before to reverse the cash-in, which is exactly what happen. I am NOT going to beg you Michael, David or Patty whomever you all are and what your role with Club world Casinos is, I request a large comp with "NO RESTRICTIONS" at ALL or at the very least, a FAIR percentage of my money lost to what I think were UNFAIR odds. You would still be ahead of the game, if you COMPROMISED and credited my ECO account with half my losses, especially with ALL the technical problems I experienced on MORE than one occasion at your site.

These malfunctions should VOID the play and I should be refunded period NOT by comp, "unless unrestricted" and a large comp, at that. We all know how fast $750 goes Michael, lets NOT play dumb! It's nothing of a bank roll for RTG real series slots, that have robbed me blind. Alternatively, you can give me back a % of my losses as I stated earlier, back to me, NOT my casino account, and even though I never charged back and was honorable as far as I'm concerned, Close my account, if you deemed necessary after you have credited my ECO account.

I want something BACK Michael. I will forward this e-mail to the owners of Club World and the Netherlands Antilles Gaming commission or AG's office, If there is one? I will NOT go away without something to show for in light of the above facts and occurrences.
