Different price at til and told its tough
Hi was in store Today and picked up a hothead sky lander giant which had a sale sticker on for? 11. Which as did many others.Took this item to the till and it came up as? 12.99, I informed the sales assistant who was serving me at the till who I had already given the money too. He said I'm sorry about that I will get someone to sort it out for you.He asked the deputy manager as I was informed and he said to me that that was the price and it doesn't matter what the price says on the sticker it's what comes up on the till. I said that it wasn't the only one on the shop floor and his reply was that he gets an email late saying prices have changed and it's tough and that's the price. My nine year old son was with me at the time and it was for him and he was very upset and asked me why the man was so rude. Also my two young daughters aged 4 and 5 was with me.The gentleman who was serving me was trying his best to sort it out and apologised for his deputy manager . I also had to fill out a refund form when I haven't even got the product but because it went through the til.So not only I apparently have to guess the prices in your store, upset my son and myself, then give you my details
