I would like to bring to your attention to the appalling customer service and the humiliation I have suffered this morning Friday at JD Sports Streatham High Road store. The staff member who served was obnoxious rude and aggressive me and the Store Manager has handled the situation very poorly and unprofessionally. they both have refused to give me their names, They have ganged up on me, the staff member shouting, pointing fingers and be aggressive to me in front of my children and the Store manager standing there watching her staff abusing the customer in the middle of the shop floor without intervening.
She justified him saying that he is like that because all the customer going at the Streatham shops are a "certain way " and they take it too personally.
So unprofessional and offensive. I came to buy a pair of shoes for my baby son to end up being discriminated, abused, stereotyped by a Staff with clear anger management issue and a young manager that clearly shouldn't be in that position seeing her own ignorance.
I'm disgusted and still upset. Do not shop there. Very unpleasant experience.
