Ordered some items online, waited several weeks to no package. Took 4 weeks longer than expected to arrive even with the expedited option selected. Had I not contacted them it would've taken even longer. Next day, they deliver when I'm not around to receive it so they subsequently shipped it to the most inconvenient location for pickup.
This is my first and last time buying anything online from Topshop. Also, they should clarify more about import charges during checkout as I got slapped in the face with $80~ in import charges after the fact. Would not recommend.
