University of Wales where education has taken a big turn of disaster evincing serious dangers on students career and future goal by suddenly shutting down college in London and taking all money home becoming a University of Sales.
Even though I had completed the first term also helped lecturer sometimes to prepare topics still I have been asked to pay more several times when the Institute was opened and I will never understand how they got me a visa without even having my documents In their record.
The threats made on me by the principal [John sanders] to have me shot dead IF I reported to the anybody or any authority the words he said were the most obscene shameful and patronizing to me and my Indian culture ever somebody said.
Even the University of Wales staff threaten me If I had their scam or name exposed they will sue me Dr Simon Jones said in my face also this comment ”You will shoot yourself If you will see yourself in media you won’t have any face to live”
Nigel Palastanga who patronized me and kept saying "I AM THE BOSS" and” you
And you can report to UK parliament or police but the trashcan on your head will give you nothing [In my religion my god or guru is a person with turban my father is Singh but we both don’t wear the honorable turban but our guru does and he disrespected my god and the honorable prestigious turban] only I can describe when John sanders said this to me my world was finished because he is my elder and principal I never told this nobody but now when I realized he is not a human being I didn’t tell any of the SIKH community here in London who wear turbans like my guru as In my opinion the matter will take a new shape.
As I had reported to authority like BAC they also suddenly denied carrying on the Investigation everything was happening quite in a very planned manner even when they said provide your receipt and documents we will raise your complaint and have with your refund everything suddenly stopped.
The politics they use Its not easy to figure out every email they sent with kind words and doing everything wrong indirectly threatening me to have me kicked out of the country on a snap If you try to fly high.
I asked the Institute several times after being shut down please return my whole amount I will carry on my further education please I cant take this anymore I am here only for education.
I) Classes were of the worst quality always the main focus was missing during these 8 months Lecturers were part-time and I'm enrolled for full-time Its hard to find lecturers for any queries seldom somebody has replied email.
2) MBA Health services degree course which I am enrolled for except one Lecturer rest of them all were focused on general MBA no seminars no group discussion no opportunities for students to demonstrate their skills on various concerns in Health services and management nothing creative Innovated or a sense of something like that can been seen from the lecture.
3.Library jokes on my career not even a single Magazine Books Articles References Journals Management skills in Health administration Pharmaceutical industries Hospital Industry.
4.Classes are being cancelled whenever they want without notification many classes had been off in the previous semester for months when It states on the admission letter 24 hours per week but there use to be 18 hours per week for months For weeks and months in morning lecture is on and afternoon one has gone or vice versa
5.Some lecturer even doesn’t know MBA Health services students are in the class just talking about Tesco & Supermarkets all day long.
6.Different level of students some top ups newcomers regular ones with different level of English with different level of knowledge regarding the ongoing course all in one class I can bet that there wasn’t and impossible to have a sign of spatial sense under these conditions.
7.When business is the main priority and education is just a mode of selling and buying then education has lost its natural taste and color for new comers something previously taught has to be considered for the regular ones it was a heart attack.
8.What I have learned in 8 months and what I have gained no words to describe nothing its just a formality ok lecturer is there talking you something from another world not even concerned with the topic the references and examples are the worst ever Instead of industries and International firms mostly Fashion Pubs Bars Dating life Trains workers one of the lecturer I'd say don't know even British history has commented on events full of chimera never happened or not existed.
9.Provocative comments on different countries during Lecture Classes have never ever been finished on time 3 hours lecture mostly been finished in and hour and half or 2 seldom 3 Just a rush always Its been except 1 or 2 of the lecturer.
10. Have them all CCTVS in class checked check out the Lectures given by “Dave Taylor and Heather Kent" I'm straight I'm not afraid to tell the truth as truth never dies even though I have got threats earlier".
11.I have never came across any extra arrangements or any special class have been put out to make students aware of the day to day Lifestyle in London how to accommodate in London.
12. No cultural activities or like personal attention has been ever given towards academic development welfare support sports and social facilities for students.
13.Always students were being mistaken from different courses or from the very same who are just on top ups or full-time I was off the oyster card for more than a month as I was told by TFL that your course has finished or you are not registered with Cavendish anymore I have to spend extra amount for more than a month to buy the regular price tickets to commute.
14.Health services and management lecturer there might be 1 or 2 Parttimers in Institution If the context reference samples lecture orientation assignment work is all based and carried out on topics like Facebook Tesco brands like LV supermarkets I don’t think we can use the same strategy or methodological evidence of them kind in Hospitals Private clinics Hospices Top pharmaceutical companies or even in health administration.
15.The most embarrassing one was all kind of students were in one level no matter one who can barely speak any English to a excellent communicator for crying out loud there is nobody ever came to assess the level of quality education they provide and how the foreign students are going on with this all
A full chaos and imbalance in life has just entered the wave of agony in my peaceful world of education
Its Impossible to believe that a Fake college is deceiving International students by not telling them truth that they were on the leash or they are not in position to admit foreign students in compliance with regulations of UKBA even I never know this and Its all happening just 20-30 minutes drive from parliament house or Prime ministers Premises I cannot believe my eyes my enthusiasm has lost for the education system here in London and I came across that there were a lot of such kind of Incidents had happened earlier in London
I have already started receiving threats from college as well from my consultant that If I report this matter you won’t get of this country alive or we going to cancel your visa right now and throw you out but I said to myself either
EDUCATION TO ME
A medicine which cures every disease A solution which kills every disinfectant brings light in the dark world Changes the vision of one's life motto and gives hope for life
I have taught various students in my career Japanese Korean Chinese from high school to government officials to me education is the most beautiful and valuable Gemstone nobody can steal it
If you can figure out that how education has played a vital role in my life and does play’s in every Individuals life what they are trying to do is push me to be violent trying to distract from my noble pathway I have came across that there are some other students who have been victims of these kind of circumstances from a couple of years in UK
This is a matter of one's career a future pool of one's life, which is made through various rough and tough steps during your pathway of education
What I came across is there a lot happening with Indian students in London these days Its just because they are very respectful to their teachers I think people here assume they are weak and pretending to be shy by not making eye contacts or speaking up.
Please I just want to let the whole education system in Britain to know that don't underestimate or misjudge Indian students.
MY MOTTO TO BE IN LONDON
1.I was told I will have classes with local British students even when I called from abroad myself in college they said yes you will be enrolled with local British students that’s why I got in England to share and learn new knowledge and skills If I intend to study with my own native country friends even in being abroad I could have admitted in some top Institution where education and Lecturers could have million times better then University of Wales
2.Study hard does as much discussions with my concerned lecturers and colleagues so that I can be the best Health administrator as I have the passion I'm hardworking.
3.Make my family proud and also the lecturers by doing the best but what you have offered is the staff, which is proud of one and scornful of others arrogant
4.I thought I will get a fabulous quality education not just copied slides and you tube videos rather than lecturer who should be burning the knowledge full of modern updated techniques and methodologies.
WHEN I ARRIVED IN LONDON
1. Nobody even asked "HOW ARE YOU" what they started from “have you paid all the tuition I was not let to enter the class because I haven't paid the examination fees as I was told you have to pay in the second or during last semester on phone but I paid straightaway in 10 minutes I don't wish to miss that precious lecture.
2.They provided me accommodation which was full of policies and disdainful acts and what I received that time is threats by their colleagues even had one Gangster kind of person came over with a beer and all that to scare me I had all them messages in my phone still now as I was not willing to pay If they don't gave me receipt.
3.Never had any chance to have an appointment for a conversation with principal or HOD just once and them all are busy especially principal who like to show me door and prefer sending emails every body likes writing emails and listening music.
INTIMIDATING AND NOT LEGITIMATE
1. A while ago college has asked me for my documents as they haven't got any records so far on me how they had my Admission letter out can I know that one just by receiving my tuition not any single document they got what I did is I advised them ask for my consultant.
2.Everytime the dates for examination or assignments were changed everything was on the verge of change and change most puzzling one ever.
3.I was told I was will be studying in a huge college much spacious with its own gymnasium and what not or If I intend to I can transfer to university of Wales If I don't intend to be in college.
4.Nonetheless this is quite explicit that nobody ever from University of Wales ever showed up or asked students how are the studying whether or not students are satisfied with all the service provided.
5.I have nothing to do with others what people others are doing happy with their catering or whatsoever work my ambition to be in this country and leave my job was to get high quality valuable knowledge and skills for my further future to serve my nation with the best.

MY MUM WHO USE TO RUN AN ACADEMY THEN MOVED FOR A UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENT TO WORK WITH HAS GIVEN THE VALUES TO ME WHICH KEPT ME THROUGHOUT MY LIFE TO STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS AND ALCOHOL AND BOW YOUR HEAD TO ELDERS AND TOUCH THE FEET OF YOUR LECTURERS AS THEY CAN MAKE OR DESTROY YOUR CAREER THEY HAVE THE NATURALPOWER
I have done my GP education for more than 5 years studying 10-15 hours each day my hard work seems to gone in vain while being in London Myself I was a lecturer in different countries reason of relinquishment was my further plans for education abroad I have 2 options by my consultant California and London I chose London I do have offers from 3 Universities in America to study but now I Curse and regret my decision every moment Just like they say
"How do you know, right now, that you are aware of being aware, or conscious"
Education is not just to get a degree we both are aware of this and already it has happened from 8 months and I can’t let this happen anymore If I just Intend to get a degree I could had enrolled for an online Degree course
At first place my former colleagues and my own brother who just finished his GP education are in shock after this incident because we don’t want this nobody asked for this or nobody has ever dreamed of this.
My parents supported me throughout the whole education in my life nice accommodation and everything to make me as comfortable as I can so nothing can hinder my studies but I believe its my time to quit the slogan of education and stand to gain for my right to be educated It’s a gift from England to me for 2012

I contacted UKBA no reply nothing positive its happening just as consultant in India said no matter what “college has good relationship with Border agency officials nobody is going to listen yours”
I sent them full report by post and also much relevant Information through email made several calls what a lady named Angela told me is report to the police station. They gave me a big reply when I emailed all was mostly about Immigration.
Sir I thought parliaments were made for the well being of society but subsidizing the Crime complaints will take ages and my career will be destroyed as the Police commissioner In India to whom I have reported in different states are taking the matter into serious consideration
