I have used their service in August 2016. I am landlord who resides abroad.
As a result of the cleaning process, which must have been roughly managed, the washing machine got disconnected. Shortly afterwards my neighbors from flat below informed us of a leak from the ceiling downstairs which was about to collapse. An engineer was sent to the premises immediately from the flat management services who established the disconnected attachment.
As a result of negligence of members of Professional Cleaning Company I am now faced not only with soured relationship with my neighbors but also running a bill to pay of £350 (an excess that insurance won.t cover of Total repair bill £850 ) for repairs and renovation works carried out at neighbor's flat . This cost me more than the Service I have paid for "Professional" Cleaning £277.
The most bitter thing is that they have failed to acknowledge this fact. I have not heard anything back form them since I have made an official complaint, nothing!
